We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
All in stock items will normally ship within 3-5 business days of payment. Holiday orders may take a bit longer. Please allow 7-10 days on Custom Personalized Orders during non-holiday and 10-14 days during October - December. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we will accept authorized returns of new, non-personalized merchandise postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items returned for exchange or refund must be undamaged and in original packaging. For your protection, Insurance is required for the full value of the item.
You must contact trishaevans@verizon.net for a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions prior to returning any items. Please put "Return Authorization Request" in the message title bar. This will ensure that your return is handled properly. Credit will be issued with 7-10 days of return.
Custom Personalized Orders, Specially Priced Items, Shipping Fees and Insurance are non-refundable.
