We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
Personalized Items are custom made to your specifications, therefore we cannot accept returns or cancellations of orders.
In Stock Items will normally ship within 3-5 business days of payment.
Please allow 7-10 days on Personalized Orders during non-holiday and 10 -14 days during holiday seasons. We work very hard to get your personalized items to you as quickly as we can, and in most cases before the time allowance given. But please keep in mind that we do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
While we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we will accept authorized returns of new, non-personalized merchandise postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items returned for exchange or refund must be undamaged and in original packaging. For your protection, Insurance is required for the full value of the item.
You must contact customerservice@avintagewhite.com for a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions prior to returning any items. Please put "Return Authorization Request" in the email message title bar. This will ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. Credit will be issued with 7-10 days of return.
Personalized Orders, Specially Priced Items, Custom Linens, Seasonal Items, Shipping Fees and Insurance are non-refundable.
